lawrence gazed at the assembly crowd and felt a wave of loneliness. several of what he was taught to call sisters had shown some interest in his attentions but always deep inside he felt they were all playing the marrying only in the lord game. One sunny saturday morning instead of meeting with the group he drove on past the house and kept on going till he found himself at the coast. As he was searching for a parking spot he noticed a sign "world famous orchid show". Entering the large greenhouse he looked around and was amazed at the unique beauty of the flowers, when suddenly he was interrupted by a sweet voice. "Gorgeous aren't they" "My name is Gwen and these are my plants". As she guided him through all the exotic plants Gwen told him about her travels in search of rare orchids and related many adventures and Lawrence was smitten. From that day forward Gwen and Lawrence fell in love and lived happily ever after in their world of orchids. He never married in the lord.

Whether it was a good thing to do or not I don't know but it was hilarious being treated like a dangerous enemy surrounded and watched that was really wacko paranoid.

Personally I don't love them or want ever to sing with them or anything like that but sneaking in and than revealing your apostate shirts sounds like fun.

JWs preparing for some "Special Top Secret Meeting" does anyone knows about this?

i was talking to one of my jw ex-friends today (we keep in contact every once in a while) and she was all excited telling me about the new arregment, a special meeting only for elders, their wives, pioneers and other sheep of "exemplary" conduct... (of course she was invited)..... something about one meeting from bethel that is going to be broadcasted to everyone at assembly halls and translated via radio for those who cannot speak english... is by invitation only (and they are "being discreet w the invitations to avoid offend the ones not invited") and they even gave them tickets they have to present at the door..... anyone has the scoop??

You might have a problem when the conversation ends with your wife walking away from you...fingers in her ears.....yelling " Jehovah help me! Jehovah help me!"

but when they end like that three times....it's strike three... or maybe it was strike #3,333,333.......but it is sad and painful for us both i know.....a person must be in a very very bad place to act like that in front a man you have loved and been intimate with for 15 years....and at that moment i am satan in front of her....a begging pleading attempting to reason satan...but still satan to her and her friends.....but this nice woman needs satan out of her life now....oompa.

i am not a bad person...i am not satan...i asked her why she thought i had tried so hard....told her that if she was in a burning building just how hard would she think i would try to get her out??

she did not like that analogy either...so i have started the painful process...the building is going to burn to the ground now....and i will never put her through that fingers in ears thing again.... and i will be fair and reasonable....and pay her the alimony and give her half....i could so be a satan to her in divorce....but i won't!...i can at least prove to them all that i am decent man...and not mentally diseased or satan.....and ahhhhh i feel good about that....plus both my boys are free now...

Even though it has not worked out well with your wife, you have your sons to be a father to and since they are out they will look to you for understanding and acceptance.

As the sun poured through the window and the birds tweeted Rip van Coco opened his eyes. It had been a long time since he had experienced that luscious feeling you feel when you've had that perfect night sleep. As he reveled in the feeling his hand suddenly felt a beard and the magic of the moment was instantly replaced by confusion and than a blush of fear. His thoughts raced backwards to that quaint little shop he stopped in yesterday......The lovely young woman who handed him a purple cannister of mystical dream tea, her captivating smile. The hairs on his arm bristled and he quickly dressesd and headed out to find the shop but as he drove around it seemed to have disappeared and noticing the date on a newspaper he realized three days had passed him by.

Returning home he stared at the purple cannister examining it closely but it held no clues. That night as he lay in his bed unable to sleep his eyes drifted over to the cannister his thoughts reminding him that to try it again would be crazy but as the night progressed and his restless body tossed and turned he put the kettle on and he reached for the mysterious cannister zzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

Do we have the right to judge god?

do we have the right to judge god?.

this is an important question.

non-believers often become and remain non-believers because they judge that god is incomprehensible or malevolent, and therefore of dubious existence in the form believers claim.

There are so many different ideas on this planet about the god question. Everyone is born into some religion or not so you cannot assume that whatever you were born into is the correct answer just cause your family believes it.

So yes everyone has to make a decision about what to believe and what is truth and so therefore yes we do judge the whole concept.

I Got My Mail At Work Today & I Recieved A Package With White Powder in It!

i called the police and they brought the fire department and police to retrieve the post office package.

i found out that in the last month at least 2 other businesses got this type of package.

the white powder was in a plastic that was placed inside a pack of orbit gum.. the contents were taken and were then brought to the town postmaster.. wish me luck!.
